We strive to deliver all our products to your satisfaction, but sometimes things can go wrong. That is why we offer you the opportunity to try our products for 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you can exchange or return the product within this period. Make sure that the products are in their original condition, including labels and tags, and do not show any signs of excessive use.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bztrendshop.com. As soon as we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 days. Make sure that the return shipment is provided with a Track and Trace code, and remember that the sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Once we have received the items you returned, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 days.

This is how the process works for all products:

Send us an email to info@bztrendshop.com and let us know that you want to return the order or parts of it.
Please ask our customer service if we can accept the return.
If we can accept the return (within the allowed time frame), please follow the instructions below. Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging.
Please send the package to the return address provided to you by our customer service.
Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
Once your package is received and inspected within 7 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products via the payment method you used for the products.

Products damaged on arrival

It may happen that your product is damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will then replace the product.

In case of a serious problem, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged part of the product. It is best to take the photos on a flat surface where the label and the defect are clearly visible.

For defective items, we always send a new package for free the first time. If the defect occurs a second time, we will refund you the full purchase price.

Can I return the product without contacting you?

No, you can't. You must contact us before returning the product, because the return address can be different from the order address.

My order is damaged, what should I do?

Take a photo showing the poor quality of the item or the damaged part. It is best to take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. After this period, the product will be returned to you.

We take care of the shipping costs of the products on our platform worldwide. All products are delivered to you free of charge. There is no minimum order value required.

Please note that all orders come with a tracking number to keep you informed of the status of your shipment.

Please take into account an average delivery time of 5 to 12 days in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The delivery time consists of two periods:

1. Processing time (1-3 days):  This includes order confirmation, customization, quality inspection and packaging. 

2. Shipping time (about 5-12 days):  This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it takes 5-12 days to be delivered to its destination.
