Exchanges and returns
We strive to deliver all our products to your satisfaction, but sometimes things can go wrong. That is why we offer you the opportunity to try our products for 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you can exchange or return the product within this period. Make sure that the products are in their original condition, including labels and tags, and do not show any signs of excessive use.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bztrendshop.com. As soon as we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 days. Make sure that the return shipment is provided with a Track and Trace code, and remember that the sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Please ask our customer service if we can accept the return.
If we can accept the return (within the allowed time frame), please follow the instructions below. Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging.
Please send the package to the return address provided to you by our customer service.
Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
Once your package is received and inspected within 7 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products via the payment method you used for the products.
Products damaged on arrival
It may happen that your product is damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will then replace the product.
In case of a serious problem, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged part of the product. It is best to take the photos on a flat surface where the label and the defect are clearly visible.
For defective items, we always send a new package for free the first time. If the defect occurs a second time, we will refund you the full purchase price.
Can I return the product without contacting you?
